Adult Classes (ages 13 and above)**

Come cultivate your Mind, Body, and Spirit and find out for yourself that there is no illusion greater then fear. Leave your egos at the door and trust in yourself, open up to love and you will never be defeated.

Days:

Saturdays: 8:30 - 10:00am

Evenings:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays:

6:30 - 7:20pm & 7:30 - 8:20pm

Fridays:

6:30 - 7:20pm

Junior/Kids Classes (ages 6 to 13)**

Because Aikido is cooperative learning and non competitive children learn to be helpful with each other and take great care as not to cause injury while practicing Aikido, while learning self defense students of Aikido also learn valuable life skills that carries on beyond the Dojo.

Days: Saturdays: 10:30 - 11:20am

Evenings: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:00 - 5:50pm

**Under 14. That said, the age for kids is relative to where the child feels comfortable -- for instance, if small, maybe the 14 year old will want to be with the children, if the 13 year old is 5' 9" and 180 lbs., and feels comfortable with the adults...of which his dad is one, the adults class might be a better fit.

If you wish to watch a class please check with the instructor of the class first, afterwards you may attend two free trial classes.

Private lessons are available and can be arranged for advance students on saturdays for an additional fee. See below in "Other Fees"

Our Dojo feels that the practice of Aikido should be affordable to all, our instructors volunteer their time to keep expenses down and dues more affordable to all students. Our Dojo does not charge for belt advancements up to brown belt, all black belt testing fees are paid to Aikikai in Japan.

We are the only full time Aikido Dojo in the Santa Clarita Valley dedicated to Aikido. Our monthly rates reflect what is needed to cover monthly expenses, any funds left after monthly expenses goes back into the Dojo for improvements and special events shared by all.

Other Fees

Gi(uniform) - We have 2 styles of Gi available through our dojo. Students can feel free to use Gi's they already own if they are appropriate.

Light weight Karate Gi    -  $40.00
Heavy weight Aikido Gi  -  $55.00

Private Lessons - Are available upon arrangement with Sensei.

Dojo Members - $80/hr
Visitors - $100/hr

Promotions - Our school does not charge test fees for lower rank advancement, nor is there formal testing. Sensei's observation and judgment of the student's level of understanding will determine advancement. Upper level advancement will involve examination by Isoyama Shihan.

Mat Fees - Feel free to visit us if you find yourself in our area! Mat fees are available by the class or special arrangements can be made for those who will be with us longer.
